Our OS installations are automated for the most part so we don’t need to use IPMI all that much if not for troubleshooting over the KVM virtual console or rebooting servers.
However, I’ve had to use Supermicro’s IPMI a LOT in the last couple days… for a mix of good and bad reasons.
